The room was functional and new-fashioned with 2 double beds, and we slept very well.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and attractions. The room had a modern decor and was well-equipped with amenities like a coffee machine. The breakfast offered was great and a perfect way to start the day. The staff, especially the Manager, were exceptional and provided excellent service.

The rooms were reasonably large here with modern decor, useful features plus 2 double beds. It was in the very central location close to shops and restaurants.

the place was wonderful and had supper friendly and accommodating staff specially their manager, appreciated the stay. there was variety of outstanding meals. the hotel was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect position just off historic sights and lots of great bars and restaurants, great bars, and the historic stops on the freedom trail. we stayed for 5 nights here, loved financial district.

It was a really nice stay for one night. I was upgraded to a functional double room. Coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge were a nice touch.

The staff was exceptionally nice and responded promptly to requests. Very central location near the market hall, historical attractions, downtown, and Faneuil Hall.- A public park was just 1 km away.

The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was modern. The staff was super-friendly, exceptionally kind, and everything was excellant. The location offered was great just next door to the downtown Boston historical sites, including the old state building and Faneuil Hall and the many attractions Boston has to offer. Again, Old State House was close by.

It is undoubtedly a stunningly beautiful option when in Boston. Everything is excellent, thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The location is very central. There is a coffee store and an oceanarium within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are modern and updated, complete with an incredible view, bedroom, and modern decor. The staff, especially their Manager.

This venue is impeccably clean with a superbly helpful staff, especially the manager, and a prime location near the Financial District.

My husband and I stayed at Hyatt Centric for a week and loved everything about it! The room amenities were thoughtfully designed and the complimentary personal care products smelled amazing. The smaller room made great use of space and was perfect for us. The hotel's location right by the T station was convenient for getting around, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the comfortable beds, automatic sensor lights, and the option to store our luggage before our evening flight. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
